The Story of Oakway United: A Wesleyan Fellowship

Couch to 5k
Last year, I ran in the Foothills 5k that supports the Foothills Pregnancy Care Center. Oakway United is a sponsor of the event and this year we are fielding a 12 person team. Last year my time was around 45 minutes and my goal is to break the 30 minute mark this year. I started training last year, but suffered an injury early on so I was pretty much running cold turkey.
