That would be a helpful thing to have! The Baptist Association of NC has something a lot like that set up. What they have is almost like an eharmony database for pastors and churches. Pastors answer detailed questionnaires, and churches answer questionnaires as well, and those get converted into personal profiles of each pastor and each church. Then the system matches up the pastor that is most likely suited for a certain church based on their profiles. I thought that was a neat idea as well.
